Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized jewelry that meets our eligibility requirements.
Return Eligibility Window
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Return Conditions (MANDATORY)
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry item must:
- Be in brand-new, unworn, and undamaged condition. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, including scratches, dents, or alterations.
- Be returned with all original packaging, certificates (if applicable), and documentation.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been personalized, engraved, or specially customized for you.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way after purchase.
- Gift cards.
The Return Process

- Packaging: Securely package the jewelry in its original box. We highly recommend using a traceable, insured shipping method, as House of Ava Laur is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
